Planned Service Agreement

 

We highly recommend Air Pro Heating & Air's Annual Planned Service program for your heating and air systems. Whether you have one HVAC system or multiple HVAC systems installed in your home, our program insures that you meet required standards by the manufacturer and will achieve the most efficient results for the life of your system.

Our residential pricing starts at $295 for 12 months for one HVAC system.  Additional HVAC systems will receive multi-system discounts.  For a business or commercial plan, we will need to work with you directly on your HVAC system to insure we have the correct maintenance requirements for your particular system before we can quote your plan price.

 

Planned Service Agreement Includes

• Tighten electrical connections.

• Safety inspection on heat exchanger.

• Test starting capabilities.

• Lubricate moving parts.

• Monitor gas pressure and adjust gas valve.

• Monitor flue draft.

• Clean and adjust burner/pilot assembly.

• Replace oil filter/nozzle as needed.

• Monitor fan and safety limit controls.

• Clean condenser coil as required.

• Replace/Clean filters (some filters are extra).

• Check refrigerant pressures.

• Adjust blower components.

• Clean evaporator coil.

• Monitor voltage/amperage.

• Clean condensate drains.
